I hear you I'm in Canada that $35 part was $89.27 by the time it got to my house. Didn't realize your location.
I had previously picked up two from a parted out Jeep but the adjuster broke the second I touched it. I suspect the plastic now at 20 years old is brittle on most original adjusters.

You might find them somewhere. Just google the part number 110383 united pacific and see if they can be had locally. Summit is cool giving you the part numbers, so you can see if they are other places. Amazon has them.
