Fender flares don't seem to fit. Are tjere any that are specific to the Sport edition, or will I have to drill my Jeep?

The fender flares look like they fit just fine to me.

Any fender from 97-06 will fit.
Fender flares are not specific to a Sport model, they are all the same from 97-06.
The only difference is Rubicon and Sahara models have 1" wider fender flares, but they still bolt right on.
