Help - Engine Tick and Oil Pressure Issue

I posted last month about a possible cracked head. Thanks to everyone's help, I was able to determine that my 0331 head was in fact cracked. I was out of town for a few weeks so I dropped the jeep of at the shop to have the head replaced. I had a new clearwater head for it. I picked it up Monday and drove it home. Everything was good. Drove it to and from work yesterday and no issues. This morning I start it up and it has a very loud top end tick. Gave it a little gas to see if it would go away but instead it increased with RPM. I also noticed the oil pressure pegging all the way to 80 psi. Any ideas what could cause the tick in a new head and the oil pressure or are they unrelated. Didn't really have much time to dig into the problem. Planning on looking at it more this evening. Thanks.
