Help finding info on a TJ body kit

Alright guys, I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to the weird side of jeep history, specifically the TJ (As a tj owner obv)

Anyways I have absolutely no interest in getting one of these body kits but my curiosity is driving me nuts and I can't find anything online about this specific tj body kit

I remember seeing an old website from the early 2000s about taking your jeep out of its military uniform but I can't for the life of me remember what its called and I'm calling you guys for some help. Any info is appreciated. Here's some pics for reference

Though the seller does note that it can be returned to stock easily.

Garbage body kit and garbage tires. They belong together!

I've been a fiberglass shell for that hummer kit sitting at a local junkyard. Definitely the ugliest thing to come to the TJ lol
