Help ID'ing trail?

Ok, I came across this pic a while ago but I have no idea where it is. Any ideas? It looks like an old narrow gauge railway, so maybe Colorado or New Mexico?

We have a lot of abandoned rail road tracks up here. Wish they would let us use them.

Not in America, but that is just a guess based on the plate on the first Jeep.

Some FB posting... I think it was "Jeep Wrangler 2 Door group" or something like that. Looking more, its doubtful its in North America at all. I found a discussion on some trails in Australia where they use abandoned railways, but? Oh well...

The plate is from Chihuahua Mexico, they have the Copper Canyon there and awesome jeep trails. I bet a hundred bucks that where it was taken.
