Help me interpret these frame pictures

Ok how about these? An '06 Rubi with 109k. Obviously painted, but I wonder if they did that only for looks. There are a couple of spots where the spray didn't reach yet it looks fine to me. Thoughts?

Looks like its missing the center mounting bolt. It begs the question "Why?". Sure looks clean, otherwise.

If you look at the holes in that frame they are perfect no signs of them losing metal. I don't think I would even scope that one. It has no signs of anything that would worry me. I would peek in the hole with a flashlight.

Definitely painted for looks. Hell they painted the drive shaft
