High RPMs

After my 2002 Jeep Wrangler warms up the rpms rise. They also rise when I push in the clutch at stop lights. They will go down if I start letting the clutch out but I don't want to wear down my clutch. I have replaced the TPS and IAC with mopar parts and I have also checked for vacuum leaks but it still continues to give high rpms. I am at a loss as to what else it could be

What was your method to discover vacuum leaks?
Is your throttle linkage sticky?
Look down and see if the throttle plate is partially open. Should be closed.

I followed the vacuum lines to the vacuum reservoir. I sprayed throttle body cleaner on the connections and replaced the house if it was cracked. Throttle plate is closed and the throttle is not sticky. I also replaced some of the lines going to the evap.

Have you replaced the rear CCV elbow recently?

No. I haven't. I just bought it about a month ago. Now I am finding all the problems

Did you get the correct elbow with the 60 mil insert, or is it full open?

Vacuum leak. You didn't look close enough. Tiny cracks are harder to locate.

I just ordered it from advanced auto. I think it is full open
