Hissing sound on startup

My tj is producing a hissing sound on startup. The sound is coming out of the intake. It only lasts for a minute or two. It also only happens after the jeep hasn’t been used for a few hours
 
Do you have a cold air intake? I installed one on a previous Jeep and it would make that noise on a cold start. So, I think it is normal. You just generally can't hear it with the OEM air box.
 
It's the idle air control valve working. You would be able to hear it a lot louder with an aftermarket intake. Especially one plumbed in to the cowl.

Yes I do I thinks that’s it. It just wasn’t making that sound for the first few months of having it that I can remember. Thanks
