It's for sure coming from the two plastic vents that blow on the floor.Is it for sure coming from the floor vents? A torn shift boot can let a lot of hot air in too.

Thanks! I see that nowIF you download the PDF of the FSM for your year TJ and look on pages 24-1 figure 1 and 24-2 figure 2 in the Heating and Air Conditioning section; there is one blend door actuator, two mode door actuators, and one recirculating door actuator.
