How do I decide what length JKS quicker disconnects I need?

Hey all. I just put on my lift, OME 2" springs with Rancho 0-2" Rs5000x shocks. I also added daystar .75" spring spacers up front, which actually measured one inch in height.

Unfortunately, my dumb ass didn't measure my before height, so I don't know how much in total I netted.

JKS offers their quicker disconnects in 0-2" and 2.5-6" lift lengths.

Does anyone have experience with a similar setup (I'm running 31's), who may be able to recommend which of these would be the better choice? Or futher, if I were to choose the wrong one and be off by a half an inch, how much damage or performance issues this could cause if any?
 
What is the measurement from lower spring seat to upper spring seat on your jeep? Subtract that number from 12 and that will be your lift height over stock. Order accordingly.

Beautiful. Thanks for the help. One more question - should I treat the stock rubber spring isolator as part of the upper spring seat? Since I didn't remove it before adding the spacers, it would just cancel itself out of the lift height, correct?

Correct. Ignore the isolator.
 
You’re overthinking this. Just order the 2001s and follow the directions. When installing, you adjust the length until the sway bar is at a specific angle.

I'd prefer to do this. But I do also have an opportunity to scoop a new set of the #2000's for considerably less than retail so kinda wanna see if I can get away with those, if my lift height is low enough.

Sorry, just to make sure I'm measuring correctly (see pics below), should I be measuring from the top of the poly spacer in the first pic, to the metal plate in the second pic? Or should I be measuring to the bottom of the spring itself?

You should be measuring from the swayer end when it is disconnected and running parallel to the top of your frame to the lower mount for sway bar. If you can adjust the disconnects to be in this range, then you should be good.

Top of the poly spacer to the bottom of the spring itself. The metal inside the coil is your bumpstop. If you take a pic of the whole spring and spacer, I can draw a couple lines for you, if needed.

Ah okay so I measured and it looks like I ended up netting nearly exactly 2.5" of lift with the springs and spacers.

So maybe this is pushing it, but like I mentioned earlier, I have an opportunity to grab a new unused set of #2000 (0-2") quicker disconnects off a forum member for a good deal cheaper than retail.

So is that additional .5" a negligible enough difference that I could get away with it, or is it worth the extra $$$ to do it right and go with the #2001's?
 
Here is a way to use math to figure out what length you need. The optimum angle of the dangle is 10 degrees.
