How do I determine how much lift my TJ has?

Just ordered Rancho RS5000Xs. After reading more about this that explains the rather "course" riding and hoping the Rancho's improve things some. Thanks for the advice. Now to cycle the suspension and figure out bump stop sizing. Thanks again!

Jumping in on this thread. PO said 3.5" lift but the kid was the 2nd owner. Could I really have only have a 1" lift and 2" spacer? I'm running 35s. Need new end links. Thanks in advance!
