How do I tell how much lift my TJ has?

I have never owned a Jeep before. It's lifted, it has 33 x 12.5 tires ( I just put Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT on it, ) how do I tell how high the lift is?

by the motor mounts?

BTW, I love driving this thing.

12" front/8" rear springs as it sits. A body lift or spring spacers "BB" adds more.
