How do I unclip my bank 2 sensor 2 O2 sensor?

[2005 wrangler X ?]

2005 jeep wrangler X 4.0L automatic
my sensor is right on top of the transmission connected to a plate looking from above i can see it
i can get ONE of my hands down to it ive got the sensor side pulled away from the mount
and its wiggling around
BUT HOW IN GODS NAME do UN-CLIP the darn thing with ONE hand
there's no getting to it from underneath the jeep that I can see

its got the square plug/connector NOT the round ones i see in utube vids
and i find ZERO utubber vids with my year and connector

It’s a pain but you might be able to reach it if you remove the console and reach down from the inside.

I got it
took a very small washer and superglued it to my thumb
was able to get MORE pressure on the "TAB" and got it pulled out
then used the last of my wifes nail polish remover to get rid of the washer
