So I got into BBQing pretty “heavy” about 7 yrs ago and teamed up with my neighbor for one of the BBQ contests...here was our setup and we won People’s Choice Award...good times!! Checkout the chrome smokestacks!!

But I started out with a Brinkmann charcoal upright that I modified to work flawlessly 👌.

Resisted the Traeger’s because “that wasn’t BBQing if you didn’t have to fuss with the charcoal and wood chunks”...but over time and getting older and more busy, the Traegers are pretty great!! I use the Costco version now

and my Weber Genesis Natural Gas just sits there waiting...collecting a yellow jacket 🐝 nest now and again!!
