How many of you outdoor cook with a Traeger? If not what is your BBQ rig of choice?

This one took 11.5 hours! Rested it for about 7 hours. Turned out pretty good!

Looks great! I am more and more convinced a long rest is crucial. How did you rest for 7 hours? I have used a cooler and it won't really last 7 hours and stay warm enough. I have tried the oven and it worked well but the lowest my oven can be set is 170, I would prefer 150.

I wrap my brisket in butcher paper after about 5/6 hours of smoking. Used the cooler with wrap still on it. Left it outside in the sun in 90+ heat. It was still pretty warm when we ate it.
