How much to offer for impact orange LJR?

No, but have one with a Dodge Magnum V8. You can’t use all it has basically. Or you will die. Probably smiling.

Avoid any V8 swapped rig thats not done well- it will break you trying to fix it.

Andy do you have a thread for yours? I've seen a little mention of it here and there.what's up with it?

If it is completely rust free and you have the money I say get it. Even at full price if necessary. I learned in my 72 yrs is not to worry about money... you can always make more.

Great point. I cheaped out and bought a rusty jeep. Wish i would of waited and got a cleaner version for more. I asked her to take pictures of this jeeps frame and under the jeep for me to make sure it's rust free

That is awesome. If i don't buy this one hopefully i can find one similar to it! I know as time goes on it's going to get harder and harder to find a clean LJr especially in orange.
I have never seen a LJ in person besides mine. Even TJ's are rare around here. All rusted out probably

I was trying to think of how low the production number is in that color on an LJR - it can be found-

It is low low.

My thinking is similar- You can produce money easier than you can that vehicle- And enjoying the vehicle starts when you get it.

Don’t do it if you can’t afford it

Don’t do it if it’s not right for you

But if you feel pretty confident you’re going to be sick if you let it go by.....It’s probably because you are.

If I am wearing your shoes...I would buy the jeep and drive it from April through October. Drive a shitty car in the winter.

Yes. My TJ has been on that program since I acquired it in 2016. Here (SE PA) I can usually go from late March through December, the brine & salt are usually in January & February, though that's always subject to change in either direction depending on weather patterns, seems like we haven't gotten much in the way of ice/snow storms for a few years. I follow a very simple rule of thumb, for the TJ to emerge from the garage the streets have to be dry with no residual salt from prior events.

Winter car, shitty or otherwise, a/k/a the 'salt-sponge' is a must.
