My 1999 SE's dome lights only come on if I rotate the headlight switch all the way to the left. The door switch has no affect on them as far as on/off. Is this normal for a 99, or did the PO mess with the wiring?

If the fuse has been removed, then what you are experiencing is normal. The fuse only disables the door switches. It is the bottom right fuse behind the glove box.

My seat belt chimer was unplugged when I swapped seats, I haven't heard a sound since

I built one with a fuse tap and a switch. Took less than 5 minutes to install. View attachment 136103View attachment 136105

Built one of these and installed it today in the same place where the Quadratec switch goes. Saved about $30!
