How to program express remote CI047H / CLO47H?

Hi, does anyone happen to know how to program a remote... its the 4 button blue led kind. xpress CI047H / CLO47H
I jumped into the ocean with my spare remote... (actually fell off my boat..)
I found a used one on eBay, but for the life of me I can't find the correct instructions. Seems like this may have been part of the
original car package? Jeep Sahara wrangler TJ 1999

It's part of an aftermarket alarm. Our Jeeps never had keyless or power door locks or an alarm from the factory. You probably need to find the alarm and get the make/model and go from there. It's probably under the dash near the steering column.
 
Thank you. Seems like this remote may have been a common after market add on, because they seem to all say for jeep on the ads. But I'm guessing you are right. It's a 4 button one... anyone else have something similar? thanks again.
