So last year I bought a $25.00 propane torch and it has proven to be one of the most useful tools in my tool belt;
from fire starting, camp cooking, loosening a suborn bolt, and creating electrical terminal connections (see link below)¹ the range is as far as your imagination².
But alas the propane torch has finally run out instead of going out and buying a new one and adding to the problem of landfills and hazardous waste you can refill them.
What you'll need is:
*Propane Tank : (Propane Source) *4/4 to 1/4 full tank*.
*Propane Torch / Camping 1lb Tank : (Propane Receiver)
*Propane tank adapter
and a freezer:
step 1: Place the receiving propane tank in the freezer for two hours.
step 2: Place the adapter on the 20-lb propane tank with the control valve closed.
step 3: Remove the receiving propane tank from the freezer.
step 4: Screw receiving tank onto the adapter.
step 5: Rotate the propane tank upside down
step 6: Open the control valve on the 20-lb tank.
step 7: Wait till the tank is full.
step 8: Close the control valve.
step 9: Rotate the propane tank right side up.
step 10: Remove the receiving tank from the adapter.
step 11: Remove adapter.
step 12: full tank.

²When I was working on the Jeep, I saw a mouse run into my garage. I was changing the fluid in my radiator, so my first thought was to use corn and rice covered in antifreeze. My second thought was to use the propane torch to kill it. Long story short the house burned down, and the mouse is dead.
