The worst part for me is that it didn't fix the horn lol.
Old thread here but what was your horn issue? Mine is staying on and the relay I believe is okay. I have a feeling that it’s not the clock spring but did find another post that a guy removed his horn button and flipped it over. If I gotta go this far I’ll change tbe clock spring because I have another steering wheel that needs to go on it.
Funny you mention this, I hit my horn a couple of days ago and it briefly worked. I can't get it to do it again now so I'm thinking it's a contact issue and not related to the clock spring.

This is what I found. I don’t think it’s the clock spring in my case but I’ll test it like this guy did. It’s been insanely hot here in south Louisiana. I’ve wonder if the heat has had something to do with this.
