Yes, but so’s a cup of coffee. I sailed with one Chief Engineer that would trim the boat by setting his half filled mug centerline mid-ships on the tow winch when transferring or bunkering fuel in port. He never missed the mark, and I never had to say “wtf am I sleeping head downhill and against the port bulkhead, Chief? Fix it”.
