How would I know if my TJ has a DSA anti-spin differential rear axle?

How would I know if my TJ has a DSA Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle
There are a couple way to tell....

This tag was installed onto the rear axle differential cover at its 1 o'clock position and if present, it indicates the presence of the Tracloc DSA Anti-Spin limited spin differential. It advises that a limited slip differential additive most commonly called a friction-modifier is required to make it work properly. Hopefully it wasn't removed during a lubricant change.

Another way is to jack up the rear end, shift the transfer case into Neutral, then spin one of the rear tires. If the other tire spins the same direction the Tracloc LSD is present. If the other tire spins in the opposite direction you either don't have one or the clutch pack inside the Tracloc is worn out.

With the usual mileage on the Tracloc in a Wrangler as old as yours is odds are good its clutch pack is worn out and it's no longer operating as a LSD.
