Thanks for letting me in. My wife bought me a 99 Sahara for my 50th Birthday. Been quite a while since I had a Jeep. In the past I had a 55, 62, 64, 78, cj’s and a Jeep Truck years ago, maybe a 67. Well, my new Jeep has a 4 inch lift, 35 tires, 4.0 and an auto. Only 60,000 on the clock. This thing is in really great shape. It has 3.07 gears and I gotta tell ya, I am shocked how well it goes. Don’t get me wrong, it is no rocket ship, but it sure is no slouch. I may swap the 35 for a 44 in the future, and gear down then. Hope to be able to add something to the community! Thanks, Brian.

Yeah, welcome...nice jeep enjoy......35s and 3.07....ask Santa for a regear and you will be amazed the difference.

This is my 9 second altered, and my 11 second street driven Impala. Just some of the other things I have built. I will get some pics of the Jeep soon. It is covered in snow at the moment, but will have it in the shop tomorrow to thaw out. Are we ever done with our toys???

Welcome. "Never" done with our toys.

Thanks Modoc Guy! I didn’t know I wanted one until I built one. By far the most fun I have had with my clothes on. I only have a handful of passes on it so far. Next summer we should have it dialed in. The car is capable of 8.60’s @170 but I doubt I will wheel the car that fast. We just run the car for fun. My boy will be able to drive the car next year, so he may be the new driver for a while.
