Hypothetical: high miles but rust free. Buy?

Let’s say you found a Jeep that ticks all your boxes and you can get it for a price that’s fair. Rust free but high mileage, say over 200,000. Obviously if priced way low that would tilt one towards buying it, but this one is smack dab in the middle of what you consider “fair price”.

Even it’s it fair price, would the miles scare you away?
 
Motors and transmission can be rebuilt/replaced. Most suspension is being changed anyway. I can consider it a go as long as the price is right

I'd rather have mechanical problems than rust... Talk them down just a bit and u talked yourself into a great deal rather than " snack dab in the middle of fair" deal.

This engine can be rebuilt fairly cheap... I have 190k on mine and runs great still. Maybe not tomorrow, but today it runs great
