Apparently they start somewhere around $7.5k new. (edit: Correction. That is for a UTV. A new set for a truck/SUV seems to be substantially more and closer to the $20+k range.)

There are lots of these in Canadas Northwest Territories and Nunavut but they rarely get used, the snowmobile is always the first choice.

Tracks are expensive. My folks have a UTV with tracks and IIRC they spent well past 5k on the tracks alone.

That track kit comes complete with a trailer hitch . . . . so you can pull the trailer with the fuel tanks.
