I drilled "1/2 inch" holes in the back and the front. The first hole was fine. Yes I know it's not centered. Second went good as well. But then I drilled the 3rd hole..... Well the bit kinda just went through the frame (fuck) Luckily the area was pretty small. But now I need to find out how to fix the frame. It is still 98% solid in that spot though.
The 4th hole was better but still worse than the other three. Why does the left side have more rust? It does not sit towards one side only front and back. I then painted the holes and said F it and decides to use the rest of the can on rustolem on the visible frame. It is probably gonna flake off but it looks good for now. No before pics but it was pretty much a dull black with surface rust.
