I went out to my usual news aggregator this morning to see what the headlines were, and this ad was tucked on the side of the page.

No, no soy protein in my diet. Got enough of that in the far east when I was there.

Can you believe that some ad copy guy thought that a red cow with fart drawings coming out of it's backsides would sell soy protein products on a fairly serious news site? It did work to the point that I had to share it. Not a chance in hell I'd buy it though.

Don't even get me started on the people who use soy as their sole source of protein in their diet. That's dangerous, I'll say that much. Soy protein can convert to estrogen in the body and wreak all sorts of havoc.

This is true. Soy protein is generally considered a throw away protein, the lowest quality protein there is. For rightful cause too!

This is a sign that the apocalypse is upon us. The sad part is that (1) some guy or gal got paid to create this ad and (2) some kid is going to pick up this ad and treat it as gospel. Somewhere in Oregon another socialist, vegan, PETA loving alt-leftist is born.
