I'm on my 2nd Salvage title Rubicon project. If you know what you are looking for, you can get more Jeep for the money than you would ever believe.
You can't get a clean 06 Rubi for 12k and sell it for 16 typically, but you can get one for 9300 and sell it for 13,500. I just did.

Avoid rust and frame damage, and if you aren't sure, ask for help.
i grew up around repaired wrecks, so I'm pretty familiar with what to avoid.
Front end licks on TJ's drive the drive shaft into the transfer case.
Side licks warp the axles and brake the plastic sway bar links.
