Ignition Switch Conundrum

I use the cigarette lighter wiring as my switched power source. When I turn off the ignition and remove the key, that circuit stays on. If I rotate the switch slightly, then it goes off. Originally I thought it was a cheap replacement switch I had installed so I bought a new MOPR switch. Same thing happens.

I'm assuming I have done something wrong when I installed the switch but have no idea what.

I also installed a new Dorman actuator - maybe get a Mopar?
