Is there a tire deflator where you can set the final psi you want it to deflate to?

I got a bit more involved in my deflating world. I drilled and tapped my steel Allied wheels with those small knurled drain valves that you find on air compressor tanks. I just clamp on an air gauge to the valve stem and open the drain.
And in 2-3 minutes I'm done with all 4.
