Is there a way to raise the driver’s seat?

Yes, there's several ways to do it. There's kits you can buy, or you can make your own. I just di mine two days ago simply using longer three M8 & one M10 bolts, a few washers/fender washers and four coupling nuts that are two inches long as spacers. Pieces of pipe would work just fine as spacers, cut to whatever length you want.
do a "seat riser" search on this site and you will find lots of info.

I love it and I can now see the important part of the speedometer without leaning forward as well. The sun visors will work down to the horizon if needed as well now.

Seat risers are awesome...and may get your knee off the window crank.

Wanting to raise the seats higher is a common issue for 2003 and newer TJs, that was the model year Jeep in its wisdom lowered the seats to "better align" them with the airbags. It sure made seeing out harder, spacers pucks like mentioned above are a good fix!
