Happy to announce my jeep air kit for my 97 came in this evening. I opened up the box to check out all the components and I was thoroughly impressed at how well it was packaged. The instruction packet seem to be incredibly thorough and includes color photos. It also came some swag!

I’ll update this post once I get to installing.

Jeep Air has a good reputation with A/C components.
The most time consuming part will be the removal of the dash panel to get access to the heater coil for the installation of the evaporator (cooling coil).

UPDATE:

Jeep air kit is installed and charged. I was able to knock out the install in about 8 hours, wasnt too bad. The system blows very cold and im pretty satisfied with it however during the initial shakedown drive after install my compressor was coming on about every 5 seconds. I am thinking a high pressure switch possibly? I will reach out to jeep air for advice tomorrow.

Sounds more like you riding the edge on a low charge and the low side is cutting out.
