Jeep Green LJ Rubicon build (gonna be slow)

Great call on the socket. That style can sometimes interfere with the flange, so I've also had to use a regular socket with a wobble extension. (Options for future readers ;) )

Great! Call on the MagnaFlow because I've gone through so many of the generics and I also just recently put in a magnaflow hoping it will last. It ain't cheap so helping it lasts longer than 20-30k miles I got out of the generic.

Yeah, I was surprised how easy the bolts came out with that socket. I had prepared myself in my mind for them to be a pain in the ass.

I would have went with Magnaflows OEM version, but they didn't have it in stock. I'm hoping the HM version is just as good; couldn't really find much info on the difference of them.

Just got back from another vacation / road-trip in the LJ. Spent all last week hiking in the Adirondacks for the most part. Took the bikes over to Burlington for a day as well. Jeep performed awesome. Obvious the axles could use some different gears now, but it’ll do until then.

Not much of an update, but I did get @Fluxor tailgate hinges and new updated stainless steel tire carrier installed over the last few weeks. Have had the hinges for well over a year now, so it was past due. Next up I think is going to flux rockers and bumpers as money permits.

Felt good to get the jeep out today, haven’t driven it since the winter.
Gave her bath after we got back from biking too
