My front sway bar is pitted by salt and rust due to the previous owner treating the vehicle rather badly. Is there a dorman alternative or something from another jeep line that fits? Something cheap and oem. I’m not looking for some mod friendly sway bar, I just want something that works cheap

Not that I'm aware of. I think the only way to get a replacement sway bar is by removing it from a parts Jeep.
If it's just the sway bar links you need, those are available from many manufacturers.
Have used this site several times with good results. Should be able to find something reasonably local.
