That thing is a truly awesome, well built and expensive death machine.
400 horses in that is nuts.
I'd bet he/she is losing big money at that price if the ad is accurate.

I'm sure they are. That engine swap alone would be about 10-12k to have it done right.
 
That is a clean install. Looks like it came that way. If I am not mistaken I think that engine will turn off cylinders for pretty good fuel economy when cruising down the highway. And lots of power when you ask for it. Best of both worlds.
