Looking for torque spec. for the water pump pulley and belt tensioner.
I see fan blades to viscous fan, the viscous fan to the water pump and the water pump itself, but I do not see the torque spec. for the 4 small bolts attaching the water pump pulley to the water pump.

Also, I don't see the belt tensioner for 2002 4.0L.

Any help appreciated.
 
I could not find the torque spec for the bolts in the rear drive shaft flange that mounts to the 241 TC in a TJ Rubicon. Anyone? I think the spec for the strap bolts on the rear universal is 17 ft-lbs. Correct?

I thought it was 14 at the U-joint and 85 at the flange.

They're all in this stickie. I may have given the values for someone's specific lift in the past, but since the components one may need to install for various lift heights varies, there's no one set of torque specs fits all documents I know of besides sorting it out from this stickie.

What is the difference between "Water pump bolts" vs "water pump/block" bolts? One is listed as 270 in.lb, the other is 200 in.lb. but the both sound like they are for installing the water pump...

Found the answer to my question in the Service Manual. Water pump mounting bolts call for 200 in.lb.
 
Note: I went through the service manual (1998 at least) and the cylinder head (valve) cover bolt torques were listed at 85 in-lbs for the 4.0, not 115 as listed here. the 2.5 was listed at 115 in-lbs.

What's the torque value for anchor bolts on rear seat brackets for an '06, guys? I can't seem to find that value ANYWHERE?
 
Looking for the torque specs for the ignition coil rail bolts? There is a an allotment for a coil pack at 5Nm. I don’t think that is correct for the coil pack rail on the newer 4.0’s.

Can’t find them in the above torque specs. I have heard 25 ft lbs.
 
Anyone have the U Joint Strap Torque specs for the rear axle?

Do you add Loctite on those also...?
 
Can anyone confirm that under Steering Linkage in the table above, when it refers to “Drag Link Ball Studs 55 ft lbs” that is both ends? Ie where the drag link attaches to the Tie Rod and where it attaches to the Pitman Arm.
