Kentucky Kentucky trails?

I'll be in Lexington this weekend. Looking for trails near Lexington, Richmond or preferably the Red River Gorge. I hear there are trails near Slade, but can't find any info or maps. I plan to run Sunday if anyone wants to join me. Info is much appreciated.

I need to know some places as well. I'll be living in Lexington starting in the Fall. The group I'm in now regularly goes to Slade and it's a great place, but no matter where you go in KY you'll get scratched up.

Do you have info for trailheads in Slade?

I work in the area, but haven't been able to get the TJ down there yet.

Do you have info for trailheads in Slade?

I don't but a friend mapped the trails with his GPS last time, but our group always goes with a guide who is a member of our group. I have the file I think.
