Key start / ignition

New here with new-to-me 2002 TJ. Previous owner setup a button switch for the starter due to it not working from the ignition switch. Is there a thread or how-to to chase/test out this issue and re-wire (replace) ignition column switch? Starter is fine and she starts great, just not from the column...

Just read a very good thread on adjusting the 4wd TC linkage. Will be looking at that later today and hopefully take care of that issue. I can already see how much info is here!

If it’s new, on the TC linkage, that’s an upgrade I find very worth while if you’re lifting. The Savvy Cable shifter.

It’s not mandatory, but a great upgrade.

On the wiring, there are better folks here than me in thag area.
