If that's a kinetic rope (Which it looks like it is) I believe that's the correct way to use it. Obviously if its a tow strap then that is all kinds of wrong.

You’re correct. I didn’t realize at the time it was a kinetic rope. I still need to get one of those!

I’ve watched a bunch of Matt’s videos, and I find him entertaining. Not necessarily “correct” about recovery methods, but entertaining.

I enjoy all the off road fail videos, the Motor Trend videos for on and off road, and different hot rod or motorcycle build videos.

Lots of rabbit holes to go down on YouTube! 🤣
