anybody have an issue with left hand turn signal dimming (on cluster) and freezing up when you step on brakes and lever is in locked position, but not when you press it down just before it locks into position (signal is flashing on cluster)...not only that but both sides flash when in locked position...right side is fine...installed led's about 4 months ago, and problem occurred about three months later...I have that side double grounded to the body and to the bumper so I don't think it's a ground issue....any ideas?
