Chris what are you wrapping? your Rubi is a great color!

I wanted to see what it would look like in the JK color called "Gobi" or "Mojave Sand". I'm not for sure on it, just seems like it might look cool!

Is it easy to tell it was wrapped, or do you have to get up really close?

This was done with a jeepgrillskins kit. Looks great. People always ask about it. Completely freshened up a faded TJ

How does it look when you get close up? Are there lots of visible seams or uncovered areas?

How much dis-assembly is needed?
Does it just go over the door hinges including the screws?
I'm considering this but it seems to me one would want to remove some parts for separate wrapping to avoid weird looking seams.

Been out a while and just saw this thread. I wrapped (and other mods) my 2000 tj and went from dark green to bright metallic silver to match my golf cart. The jeep stays at the beach so the only off roading I do is on the beach so not worried about tree limbs, rocks, etc tearing the wrap. If it does, you can replace only that section. It was worth it to me as it was a fraction of the cost of even a cheap spray job. Here's some pics. View attachment 41730
