Hello all, just scored an awesome deal on a Rugged Ridge lightbar and 4 KC daylighters. This is the type that is a round hoop that uses 4 side windshield frame bolts to mount on the Jeep.

Needing suggestions on how to cleanly route power supply wiring from the base of the mounting bar to the inside underhood of the Jeep. Hoping to not drill any holes or create any water leaks.

I know how to route and pull the wiring for each individual light inside of the hollow mounting tube, but needing specific instruction on how to go from the bottom of the lightbar to the Jeep with minimal modding.

It is Rugged Ridge part # 11232.01

Looked on the RR website and no instructions to be found. Hoping the readership will have a clever way to hide the wires. Thank you!!

Looking at the position of the bars your best bet would be to remove the cowling over the windshield wiper motor/HVAC intake and route the wiring through there. A lot of folks with windshield mounted lights do the same, including me. Cleanest way to run wiring without drilling any holes.

Bumping an old thread here. Do you have pics of how this was done? I'm curious.

I’m not sure exactly how that hoop thing mounts to the jeep, but for my side pod lights I drilled a hole in my cowl and put a grommet to run the wires through. I tried to find a pic but I couldn’t.
