Not powder coated, They are OEM PX8 paint factory Metallic Black. I just took them off my LJ gonna get it wrapped and new fenders. No ripped holes.

I thought that only applied to the Sahara painted flares. Not all LJs.

All the factory painted flares are the same width as the Sahara and Rubicon models. Some special edition TJs and LJs with the premium appearance package came with painted flares. I wasn't referring to all LJs.
