The exterior is a huge no from me without even having to see the underside; yellow is probably my least favorite of all the colors. I wouldn’t waste any amount of money on anything that was sprayed with anything knowing what I know now about these frames.

It looks like undercoating to me. Given the rust I see in other areas, I am going to say that thing is probably pretty crusty once you start getting in there. I know Canada uses salt on their roads too.

Yep, I knew it would be. It’s rare to find clean ones from that part of the country.
