Mopar is available for certain years. For a 2003 (and possibly other years, check with the folks on here who are FAR more knowledgeable than I am) I was able to find one here and they are showing as having 11 in stock:

i know this is an older post but just in case someone stumbles upon it in the near future… This radiator is for a RHD TJ Wrangler…Radiator - Mopar (55037653AB) Now the good news is if you have a RHD TJ you don’t need to pay the outrageous price for an original RHD Mopar replacement, simply purchase the LHD TJ radiation and then swap out the radiator core mounts, it’s easy to do and only requires you remove the 4 bolts holding on each mounting bracket and then mount your old radiator brackets onto the new core and install. Doing it this way saves you a few hundred dollars.
the only difference between the two radiators is the mounting brackets because of the RHD steering. Also if you want to save even more you can also purchase a TJ radiator from any parts dealer and simply swap the brackets…
I gotta set the record straight on this as I am the one who made the post you quoted. I think you might be mistaken.
Please see the attached page from the 2003 Jeep Wrangler Parts Catalog. You'll notice that Mopar part# 55037653AB corresponds to line "J". According to the table at the bottom of the page, Line "J" refers to Wrangler 4WD. This is the part number referenced in my post and corresponds to the link I provided in that post.
In contrast, you'll notice that immediately below 55037653AB in the parts catalog it lists 55037654AB. That part number corresponds to line "U". According to the table at the bottom of the page, Line "U" refers to Wrangler 4WD - RHD.
