Get some nice slip-on neoprene (or expanded foam which is cheaper) insulating pipe covers at your local plumbing supply, Home Depot, or Lowes. They are slit up the side and slip right over the tubing, they work great for this purpose. And they're a LOT cheaper than anything actually made to be a rollbar cover for a Wrangler.
