Looking for pictures of Metalcloak overline fenders

1. subjective - one's perspective/preference, but there are still parameters (e.g. nobody thinks 33" tires wouldn't look small on a 10" lift)
2. objective - function based on the laws of the universe (e.g. all properties of materials and liquids and pressures in shocks, all properties of steel and alloys in springs, et. al).

I think the OP was only interested in 1. He already has 2 basically sorted out with 4" lift and 33's. One can always drive toward reaching the objective standard that is best based on all the laws of the universe and how they effect and relate to every part of the Jeep and it's surroundings.

Wrong again! LOL! 😉 I know plenty of old people who have lost their brain in this sense - memory, reasoning capacity, response/reaction times. Boobs can be fixed. LOL

True, but I know that you know what I meant :)

🤣🤣 Priceless example of old people who both lost their minds and fixed boobs.
If you know who they are, you may think they lost their minds several decades ago! Toyah and Robert would be terrific grandparents. 🤣

LOL if you think literally 'nobody' thinks that you haven't spent enough time on the internet! :) SOME idiot will love it!
ok, bad example, let me expand the parameters. 100" lift and 33 " tires?

Too bad the axles don't match the aesthetics of 37s. 😉
Which is where my mind immediately wandered.. 4.5" lift, 1.25" BL, MML, TT.. on 35s
Have Rubicon Dana 44 front and rear with RGA axles, Motive 5.13, 6spd, obligatory diff covers..
37s definitely have their appeal.. but do I have enough axle? Don't want to "probably get away with it"..

Damn this forum..;)

I know I don't have enough axle for 37s on several fronts that have nothing to do with fenders. Others with the same axles can (and have) gotten away with it. That doesn't mean I can ever agree with it. It isn't too far away from why things like MC fenders are inherently ugly. I understand too much about how things work.

Yeah, fenders weren't part of my ponderings, just the strength of the axles.

I have the ugliest, widest fender flares that everyone loves to hate... and stone guards on my Toyota headlights, if I want to invite friendly brutality those two items should get it done. Not quite angry grille territory, tho'.

The issue where and when it matters is the ball joint yokes stretch. Then there is the problem of the necessarily poor SAI messing up the steering. Followed by the lack of frame clearance at the tire for any decent shock travel. After that, we can discuss wheelbase. But if none of that matters to the person putting 37s on stock axles, they can do whatever they want. It will still be inherently ugly to those who understand how things work.

Very little of these threads are really about aesthetics. There is an entire worldview built into this. On both sides.

The worldview of aesthetics and big boobs.
