Looking for some good metal music

I remember when Brackish came out when I was in high school. Thanks for the throwback.
Brackish is a great song too, but the song What I Always Wanted is just the best Kittie song IMO. I listen to a lot of older metal, punk and even still listen to grunge among other things.

EDIT: Here's another great song (Not Kittie lol)

Just found this thread... some of my go-to's:
- As I Lay Dying
- Wovenwar - As I Lay Dying w/o vocalist. Band formed when AILD vocalist was in prison for trying to hire someone to kill his wife
- Polyphia - awesome instrumetal
- All That Remains - best albums with Oli Herbert
- Thrice - more hard rock than metal. Favorite album is Vheissu
- August Burns Red
- Every Time I Die
- The Bled - Favorite album is Pass the Flask
- Norma Jean
- Winter Solstice - Album - The Fall of Rome
- Killswitch Engage
- Demon Hunter
- Haste the Day
- Maylene and the Sons of Disaster - southern rock/metal

x2 for As I Lay Dying, ATR, August Burns Red, and Killswitch.

I'm going to check out some of your others, especially Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. I'm a fan of the southern rock/metal, in fact, I think I'm about to listen to Down - Stone the Crow.

My go to's (not already covered in your post):

TRIVIUM 🤟
Lamb of God
Crystal Lake
Parkway Drive
Architects
Fit for King
Wage War

I'm about to take off work. It's a sunny 83 degrees out. The jeep is in the parking lot with the trektop folded back.

I'm going to roll the windows down, max out my aftermarket stereo, and rock all. the. way. home. 🤟
