Need help identifying shift cable for LS swap

Bought the LS swap done by PO. Trans Shift cable is band aided with a screw. I’d like to replace it but have no idea what to tell the auto parts store as it does not match my search. I was told engine/trans from 2001 Silverado. I know it is a 5.3L with 4L60E

Anyone know what cable this is from?

I am told the shift linkage is from a late 80-early 90s Camaro. Need to replace this but don’t know what I need.

Have you looked to see if a 2001 4L60E trans shift cable looks similar to what you have there?

Yes all of them are either shorter or appear to be a 2 piece design

When measured end to end, what is the overall measurment?

What is the shifter from? If it’s from a car I would start by looking at a cable from the same vehicle

Currently back on the vehicle so I cannot measure exactly but I am guessing 8’ long. It has a loop when installed so I am certain a shorter cable would be fine
