M.O.R.E. Rear Bumper

i was looking at getting the ARB rear bumper and came across the M.O.R.E. rear bumper and tire carrier. Does anyone have experience with either?

Why steel, why not aluminum?

I’m looking for ones with a receiver hitch and I can’t find any aluminum that has one that you can tow with
